My new house

I am interested in building a new house with good facilities than which I have now. The house, which I live now, is quite old and there are fewer facilities according to my liking. So I have decided to build a new house and the work will get started in a few days time. I have some interesting plans, which I will share with my engineer while building. Regarding the interior designing of the house, I want a Persian rug on the floor, modular kitchen, good-looking screens, venetian blinds for the windows, teak wood doors, and many other good things. I have discussed other things with my wife and friends so that everything comes along well. I would like to have a room for my son who is growing with all the kid stuffs in it. I hope and pray to god that everything goes well and celebrate the opening day of my house in grand style.
