Be careful

People who are in diet make sure you take small amount of carbohydrates on a regular basis so that you do not feel tired. I know some people who go in to crash diet mostly consume liquids and don't take carbohydrates at all. This will become a serious issue if the person does not take immediate measure. The person must have a balanced diet in order to be healthy and avoid crash diet, which is harmful.
