Continuity is important

Lot of people do exercises for few months and then takes a break for another few months. This is not going to help the person because it lacks continuity. In order to find a change in your body you must at least workout for 3 months. So continuity is very important while trying to build muscle or reducing weight. Therefore do your exercises for over a period of time to find any change.
