Frustrated but Happy
Even when I don’t hit the gym regularly these days, I am making sure that I do those stretching exercises, push ups, pull ups and more importantly crunches. These exercises help my muscle to relax a lit bit and relieve some stress because of the heavy work load which I am going through. Thought I am frustrated for not going to gym I am happy that at least I am spending some time in doing these small exercises.
