Concentration
Many of us do not concentrate on legs and thighs. I really don’t know the reason why ship classes for thighs. The important thing in bodybuilding is that people should concentrate on each and every portion of our body. It may be back shoulders or abdomen or neck or triceps or biceps people should concentrate on every portion. Without which one could not define their body and develop a good physic.
