Happy

Today I skipped my fitness class. Since my gym partner had some work I was not able to hit the gym today. I was disappointed a bit for not attending the fitness studio. If possible I will try to hit gym on Saturday. At present my weight is 90 kg. I have to shed 7 more kilos to reach my ideal weight. When I joined gym my weight was 98 and I am proud that I have reduced 10 kilos in seven months. My ultimate goal is to shed seven more kilos by the end of October. Hope everything goes on as I planned.
