avoid it
The important thing about fitness is that people not only concentrate on their food but also on their workout. Some have good body shape and some enormous amount of stamina. But the thing is bodybuilders have enormous amount of energy due to intake of steroids but it is not common among normal people who carry on exercise for fitness. So, friends try to avoid steroid and concentrate on your definition rather than becoming mass.
