Natural way
If you want to reduce your weight in a natural way then try to skip your gym classes. Try to concentrate on floor exercise without using dumbbells. Also, try to go for jogging in the morning and take push ups regularly. The main thing which we all need to do after workout is to eat foods which contain high protein. Meanwhile we should make sure to drink Soya juice and tender coconut in order to keep our body cool.
