Increase your life span

There are many benefits if we do exercises regularly like some say that expected life would increase. And many think that energy would drop after exercise, but since confidence increases when our body get fit our stamina increases. The best thing would be due to reduction in stress, confidence will increase automatically. My friend always says that he sleeps happily when he energizes his body with exercise. When everything goes on well as said before, dullness will reduce.
