Flexibility

Maintaining flexible body is the new trend and that can happen with yoga. Few people tend to do 90 or 120 minutes of heated yoga that connects yoga postures with each breath. To build strength and flexibility, one should be regular in yoga classes. Yoga tends to mould all the body features and makes flexible. It would be difficult if we jump to heavy exercises in the start. Rather we can improve our time and heavy exercises slowly.
