Pushups is effective

Pushup is one of the common exercises which everyone can have a go at it. It is one of the effective workouts and I have always been fond of pushup workout programs. The amount of pushups you can do can change instantly if you use your back and chest instead of your triceps. If you use chest and back instead of triceps you can do more reps than normal. I have tried this and I find this very effective.
