Meditation
In order to live in a healthy way, the main things we need to consider is body exercises, mind exercises, food to balance the body. One should try to stay cool while doing mind exercises like meditation. Meditation is one part that would really help us to take to another world sometimes the world should seem as blank. I heard from someone that while doing meditation, we concentrate on our breath so that we can forget all the tensions that we have in mind. That really helped many and I would like all my friends to try mediation.
