Keep tracking

Keeping tracking of our body regularly is one of the best ways to be healthy and fit. It is truly amazing to see how much room for improvement you have in life when you track things. Good things to track are food and time spent doing activities. Once you look over your results it becomes obvious what needs to change. It also becomes lot easier as well. We should also have body general check ups for every 6 months at least to know more.
