Gym at home

In order to have a gym at home and when we buy things like weights, treadmills etc we need to consider many things like the types of lifting, the size and the amount of weight. Our goal should be in such a way that it should determine the home machine that suits our needs. There would be many options for leg lifts and presses. As I do my exercises regularly I know that if more than one person is going to use the home gym, we need to consider a model that offers multiple stations.
