Different exercises
When it comes to the word fitness, we remember another thing that is Exercises. While doing exercises there are lots of things we need to remember so as to maintain body fit. For that warm up is necessary for the body before doing main exercises. Warm up would include cycling that refreshes both mind and body. We can try resistance training to help create a lean and toned body. Different kinds of exercises help in different way.
