The bottom line

Doing exercises for few months will not help us to lead an active life style in future. Continuity is very important and I also believe we should be working out for a good period of time so you can do things, live longer and feel better about yourself. The bottom line is that even if you are trying to change your lifestyle by getting into the habit of working out, the long term goal is to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.
